Applications are hereby invited from qualified officials from Public Service to apply for the following long

courses in the People’s Republic of China.

Applications are now open for the following Training Programs through the link https://www.china-aibo.cn/en/info/1005/1396.htm

1. SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE

i. The entire cost of training under this scheme, including the return international airfare, tuition fees, accommodation,

emergency medical treatment, book allowance and study tour will be borne by the People’s Republic of China.

2. APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

i. Applicants should be a Public Servant;

ii. Be under the age of 40 generally or as specifically required by the University;

iii. Should have 3 years and above working experience in the field of study;

iv. Have a good command of both spoken and written English,

v.Bachelor Degree holder to apply for Master Program and Master Degree holder to apply for PhD. Program;

vi. Be in a good health both physically and mentally;

vii. The application forms should be typed (typewritten).

viii. Applicants must submit hard copy PO-PSMGG;

ix. All applicants must be attach recommendation letter from applicant’s employer and the copy of valid passport ;

x. All applicants must read very carefully each program information and must ensure all university documents are certified. 

3. APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

i. Complete Foreigners application form of University which is provided in respective enrolment brochure/university guide line,

ii. Permission from the applicant’s employer,

iii. Graduation Certificate, 

iv. Academic Transcript,

v. An Employer’s letter describing applicant’s Good Conduct and performance, 

vi. Personal Statement signed by the applicant with a least 1000 English words,

vii. Two recommendation letters from the applicant’s Employer or Professor with signature and seal, 

viii. A photocopy of a Passport, 

ix. Physical Examination form filled completely signed by the doctor and sealed by the hospital, with comprehensive

blood test report and x-ray chest report,

x. Chinese Scholarship application form,

xi. All certificates must be certified by the commissioner of oath.

xii. English language Proficiency or letter from the respective university describing the applicant’s ability in English language, and

xiii. Curriculum Vitae in English

4. MODE OF APPLICATION:

ii. Fill in (typing) then print and submit to this office on hand or through posting before the deadline.

5. CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATION:

Applications should be submitted to this Office before 30th April, 2023.
